This tiger, often seen in the company of a cute yellow bear we all know is a figure I create with Prestige 260's. They offer opaque yellow and orange, and especially the opaque yellow makes this figure look better.
Balloons needed:
1 × 260P yellow | 4 × 260P orange | 1 × 260P pink

1 Inflate a pink and orange 260P and tie together, make a pinch twist from the pink balloon. Discard rest of pink balloon. Note: If you do this first pinch twist in orange, nobody will really notice and saves on work and balloons.

2 Inflate yellow 260P, twist of a bubble to form part of the upper mouth and lock between the pink pinch twist and the orange balloon.

3 Create a 2nd yellow bubble and lock together with the first.

4 Twist orange bubble next to the 2 yellow ones finishing off the nose and top of mouth.

5 Create 2 yellow bubbles for eye balls

6 And lock.

7 Create a small yellow bubble followed by a loop to create the bottom of the mouth. Cut off rest of yellow balloon and tie off. We will use this peace of yellow balloon later on.

8 Make a small orange bubble followed by a 5 bubble standard teddybear head.

9 And lock into place.

10 Pinch twist the ears

11 Make orange bubble and lock between the yellow loop twist.

12 Make a pinch twist keeping the head up.

13 Inflate 2 orange balloons. they will form feet, legs, part of the body, arms and hands.

14 Make a small bubble followed by a loop twist in both balloons for the feet.

15 Twist of the legs, and at that point tie on the yellow balloon you got left. Create the body's by locking the 2 orange and yellow balloons together.

16 Cut off any remainder of the yellow.

17 Make a standard doggy head for hands on both arms.

18 Attach head to body.

19 Like this. deflate the remainder of the orange balloon that was used to construct the head.

20 Spiral an orange 260P.

21 And attach at the bottom of the body.
Note: Instead of attaching the spiral, you could use the orange peace you got got left over from the head.

22 This is the full figure.

23 Draw eyes on and draw stripes on the entire body.
