You can use this side bubble as an attachment point without having to use the raisin twist. An art twist is not really possible on 260 balloons, so you can use the side bubble for that.
Balloons needed:
Any pencil balloon.

1 Fold the balloon in half, and grab the balloon, having your hand ready to give it a twist. Twist right away and there's your bubble on the side. Takes a bit of practice, but once you get the feel of it, it's easy.
