You know those helicopter balloons? It's a helicopter that is lifted in the air because of air of a balloon that flows out it. This figure was the result of me trying to twist every balloon that I get in my hands. This figure scores about a minus one million on the 1 to 10 usefull figure scale, but I had fun making him fly. There is a famous police officer that has a go go gadget helicopter on top of his head. Now you can make him from balloons and he really flies too!

Balloons needed:
A balloon Helicopter | A peace of scrap balloon | 1 × black 160Q

1 Drop a knot inside the round balloon that comes with the helicopter. Inflate the balloon but don't tie. Either use a loose knot or just clip something on it to keep the air from escaping. Grab the knot from the outside, and tie a peace of scrap around it.

2 Deflate the balloon afterwards. You got a little thingy now on the balloon that you can use as a connection point.

3 Inflate the black 160q and make 2 pinch twists.

4 Followed by 4 bubbles lock together.

5 Create a bubble and push it in-between the 4 bubble loop. follow that up by a bubbles locked together. discard remainder of balloon and tie off.

6 Insert the connection point of the helicopter balloon between the pinch twists.

7 Inflate the helicopter balloon and attach the helicopter blades to them and voila. Detective gadget. Let go and he flies away. You could basically put any body under this detective but it should be as light as possible. You can see on the video that the lifting power isn't the same as with a basic helicopter balloon setup.
Note: If you draw facial features on this balloon, make sure to do it with a dry-erase whiteboard marker because this balloon will be deflated often.
