I am not too fond of the bee made with the beebody. I think it's just a little bit too fat. When playing with smileys I came across this alternative to using the beebody, the happy bee.
Balloons needed:
Qualatex 5" single side happy face | 160Q yellow
-
1 Make a figure 8 from yellow 160 for wings.
-
2 Inflate a 5" happy face to about 3.5". Tie loosely and roll the knot, push air in the tail.
-
3 Twist of the tail and twist of a bubble from the top part at the back of the smiley face.
-
4 Twist the bubble and inflated neck together. This will make the smiley face point forward.
-
5 Twist in the wings.
-
6 Draw on features.
-
7 And there is your happy bee.
