The raisin twist was the "old way" of attaching one balloon to another without twisting them together. But Arthur Tivoli came up with a faster way, which does not need any preparation. The balloon you attach has to be a little bit soft. The art twist is explained in greater detail on the CD "Ballooneries" from Arthur Tivoli.
Balloons needed:
2 balloons you want to attach together. A 5" round and a 260Q balloon are used on the pictures.

1 Hold the lip of a balloon together with the round where you want to attach the balloon. Hold it tight.
